Purchasing Policy
PLACING AN ORDER
Fill in the order form to purchase the products. Please, fill in all of the mandatory fields, and write the codes of the products you would like to purchase in the message field.

PAYMENT
When we have received your order, we will send you the bill to the email you have provided. Please, write your name, surname and the bill number in the field “Purpose of the payment”. We will ship the ordered products once we receive the money.
DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCTS AND DELIVERY COSTS
Delivery will take 2-3 working days.
We offer such shipping options:
Home delivery in Riga (3 EUR);
VIA PARCEL MACHINES (OMNIVA, DPD, POST OFFICE);;
LATVIJAS PASTS.
Free shipping for orders from 70.00 EUR and above.
On average, postal service costs within the territory of Latvia differ between 4.50 and 9.00 euros (it depends on the size and weight of the parcel). Delivery costs are included in the total sum of the bill, so don’t worry about that.

RETURNS
The customer has the rights to refuse the ordered purchase within 14 days of receiving the product by sending a refusal letter to the seller.
The seller sends the refusal letter form by the request of the customer.
The customer is obliged to return the product within 7 days once the refusal letter has been sent. The postage expenses of products being returned shall be borne by the customer.
The customer cannot return the products if:
- the product has not been opened and still is in the original parcel packaging along the documents of the product;
- the product has been used, damaged and/or has lost its original looks;
- there are no legitimate reason that the quality of the product does not fit the generally accepted standards.
